What can we say?
Pork is perhaps one of the most versatile meats known to man! There is also almost no part of the pig which cannot be used.
Whether you like a good old fashioned bit of roast pork, bacon, ham, sausages or the slightly more exotic such as parma ham, chorizo – the list goes on – there will be something you like. The good news is that a lot of these variations on pork can be made by you, right in your own home.
With some basic equipment, a little knowhow and a bit of time, you could make your own home-cured bacon and have that amazing feeling of eating something you made……….
